Jesper Berg becomes the new director of the Danish FSA

The Danish minister of Business and Growth Troels Lund Poulsen has appointed Jesper Berg to director of the FSA.

The 56-year M.Sc. Jesper Berg replaces Ulrik Nødgaard as director of the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority. Jesper Berg has solid management experience from Nykredit Bank, Danmarks Nationalbank and the European Central Bank (ECB). The new director is appointed by the Business and Growth Minister after consultation by the board of the Financial Supervisory Authority. Jesper Berg joins up the position on 1st October 2015.
